Some uninsured, unlicensed hispanic lady wasn't looking and turned into me =/ Thanks to AeroJacket though he's hooking it up for a fraction of the cost =)

So what happens then? I've always wondered what would happen if some uninsured driver hits my car.

My cost to fix it is below my deductible ($500) so I basically eat it. No sense in going to small claims court to try and collect a judgement from someone who's broke. Kinda like trying to squeeze blood from a rock. Plus since I didn't file a claim my rates won't go up and that's more important to me
