Preferably with tires. I don’t care about curb rash. I’m getting ready to sell the car and want to return to stock. I would need it shipped to Massachusetts, hopefully someone local.

Does base fit over Akebonos? Honestly it doesn't matter to me because I'm trading it in.

Yes the base wheels will fit over the akebono calipers.
