Clearing out some stuff, have one of these available. Reshaped all around with flat bottom and added grips. Choice of material and stitch color for sides.

Sway this is a easy job. It took me about the same time for my wheel as well.

Off topic and free bump, but I figured out how to get broken photobucket images to properly display on the site. You'll need to use 'Photobucket embed fix' for chrome or firefox. If you don't use either of those browsers... I'm sorry for your loss.
