Going through all my stuff when I moved.
Have a New from RedlineGoods.com 370z shift boot I had made in Black Alcantara with what they refer To as JDM red Stitching. Matches Nismo red perfect.! Great quality boot custom ordered from Their website in Poland. *** SOLD.!!! *** Direct factory replacement with all holes Exactly as Nissan did oem to hold it in place.! It's Very Nice and would make a great Addition to any 370.!

This particular one is from a company called Redlinegoods.com - check them out.
High quality hand made products with great reviews and They are a well known company based in Poland. The link you provided, That's an eBay vendor so... I don't know who They are or much about them as far as their quality in comparison... Sorry.  Hope that helps. Thanks.
