Go w seibon, great customer service and product. Got the gtr hood and was damaged from shipping, had a new one within the week.

Not sure if you seen these or not, there's another player for louvers, just found out about these about a week or so ago.

Got it from IKON Motorsports, fitment wise as it sits is pretty good (just sitting on rear glass), attaches with plates/bolts (9), is removable and cost about 1/2 what Zakustech's.

It is made out of poly and looks it, think I am going to use a textured paint on it just to be different. I also have a VIS hood and have no complaints.

Yep saw those the other day. Something about them are just super odd. I prefer the straight line rather than the curves... of course on louvers not women

Hey OldFart. Do you think that those louvers will fade quickly without clear or any type of paint?

Personally I would paint them. If you look at their pics on the site it's pretty faded looking to begin with. Spray paint them black or plastidip if you're cheap.

I would think it would fade over time, it "looks" plastic if ya get my drift. I'm ordering SEM texture black and then a clear to cover it, just not sure if I want to go semi-gloss or something a little bit flatter.

I was going to buy the ZakusTech ones until another member received his and sent me pictures on how they were built. The slats are sandwiched between the 2 outside pieces with glue. Personally I would of had a piece machined with a slot that the slats fit into (1 piece). Both designs have their pros and cons, the plastic style was modeled after the Lambo Aventador with the angles etc. of the louvers might not fit what some are looking for. Still chilly here in the east so haven't painted yet, but I think it will work out...

One thing I did like about these is the fitment, as you see it was with no bolts, it's sitting on the window and hugs it quite well. One worry is the heat, in the summer sitting outside will it cause the louvers to droop in the center. That would not be good, only time will tell there.

Thanks for the write up! I was dead set on zakustech, but I may switch considering the price is half

When you get a chance I'd like to see more pics of it or even a walk around video, also a picture sitting in the driver seat looking through the rearview mirror!

A black wrinkle finish may look great on the rear louvers.
