WTT: Fast Intentions 18" Resonator X-Pipe for Non-Res X-Pipe
As my title describes, I just bought a new to me 2012 370z, great condition from one of the forum members here. Came with a less than a year old set of Fast Intentions Non-res exhaust with Berk HFCs.
I drove it home, and I think it's just going to be too loud for me. I'm 38 going on 50, and I love the car. I think I'll need to go down the road of selling these and swapping someone for something a bit more tame, even stock (I know....). I'm not sure where to start here, I could go with a set of 18" resonators (called fast intentions already) but it would set me back a further ~$600.... I'm assuming these would spark some interest with someone, just not sure where to start. I don't really know what my options are, I need to do a bit more research, I'm located in Portland Oregon, I know header back, the owner spent a good $1600 on this system less than 6k miles ago. I'd consider a trade for a stock Nismo? exhaust possible, I really just don't know. Send me some ideas, maybe we can make a deal. *Update* Trips had a great idea seeing if anyone would be interested in trading my non-resonate X-Pipe for the 18" Resonated version. You get more sound, I get more quiet, and everyone can be happy. Last edited by Liftbikerun; 01-23-2017 at 10:42 PM. |

I have a 2012 G37 IPL which is the Infiniti version of a Nismo. I have the true dual exhuast setup on my G. I believe that the G is a tiny bit longer so you might need to have a small section cut out so the tailpipes don't stick out from the back bumper. I live in Vancouver, BC and am willing to drive to you or meet halfway at a shop to do the swap. If this is something that you would be interested in let me know so we can set something up
Cheers, Bryan Forgot to mention that I have a set of ART pipes that need to be installed on my G at the time of the swap so you can take the stock cats and install them then sell the Berk HFC's to make some cash or keep them on to use with the Nismo exhaust with the option to put the stocks on at any time if you still want a quieter sound. P.S. I am willing to drive all the way to you if you aren't up for meeting along the way somewhere Last edited by BHunts; 01-23-2017 at 09:01 PM. |

Hey I got stillen catback exhaust in very good condition. It's much quieter then fast intentions non resonated exhaust. I'm in Tacoma area so not too far from Portland. PM if you are interested.

If your going to list these? A price is required.
I know the feeling, But I would suggest to give it sometime for you to adjust to the sound. It's not that bad, But simply switching to the resonated pipes would make it a lot more enjoyable if you don't want unwanted attention. I personally would post up a trade for the 18" resonated pipes. |
