Default my other project.

Here is my long term project. 63 Chevy II nova.

This picture was before the real build started. The plan is a FI 427 small block chevy. (stroked 400) It has a Hughes TH350, 3000 stall and will have a gear vendors overdrive. It has a moser axled 10 bolt build to run in the low 11s.

The front suspension and steering is in. Church Boys racing power rack and pinion. Brakes are hydroboosted 4 wheel disc. Coilovers are by Viking. The radiator is Entropy, 6AL2 programmable MSD ignition Tanks, inc FI fuel tank, internal pump to power up to 1000hp, external Holley billet for N2O only. (until the FI is in it will feed the quick fuel carb) The car was rewired with American Autowire update kit. The gauges are Classic Instruments, modern but have classiv look. (GPS speedo, etc)

Once the shop is built in my backyard and we have a lift, we will install a triangulated four link by church boys. It will be a compromise between full autocross and full drag and streetable with A/C, stereo, PW, PDL, etc. It should be in the 11s and handle with a new SS Camaro. Once mechanical stuff is done it will have the body work done. It will be flat back with a clear.

here is my flick page for pics. If you see the BBQ'd Jeep. It was my dad's. Sad day. No one hurt though! I am NOT the big ginger in the photos. That is my buddy Tony. He is building a Camaro and 1 ton dually. lol

Ran compressed air through the water jacket to make sure it was completely water free to prepare to run Evans waterless coolant.

First fire up

The FI had more 'learning' to do. But the belt has been adjusted.

Custom grind hydraulic roller by Comp cams. Just under .600 lift and .250ish duration at .050 . The cams are made for Shafiroff for this set up.
