Of which, I'm almost positive aren't all street legal. Maybe in the state of Texas where they don't give a $hit about emissions or visual inspection. I wish Cali was more like that. If the cars emissions pass, it shouldn't matter what's in the car.
As far as I know, street legal comes down to safety and emmision control...that's it. If the part doesn't mess with with either one of those, you're good to go. If you leave the safety stuff alone and conform to the motor vehicle codes, they can't bust you. The problem with Cali is the emission standards. You can install a CARB approved Stillen supercharger for example but test pipes won't pass. I'm guessing that if this is CARB approved, it will be the entire kit.
