btw, is there access to the cars while parked at their owner's floor? would suck if you come home and find bird crap on it and now you have to take the car all the way down to clean it and back up again...

I saw this a while back, I think they do this
A) because you have to have lots of $$$ to do this, and they like $$$
B) clears space for parking in somewhere as hectic as Singapore
C) makes it REALLy difficult for people to damage your car

Damn I wish I could have this though
