I still have not decided on the color. Red is the leader so far.
I was going to do the Orbit orange, but there is a local guy with one and it looks too yellow in the sunlight and I am not a fan of yellow as a main color.
I need to order a full suspension upgrade kit this week. Detroit speed, Ride Tech or Hotchkiss are some. Taking suggestions. Most likely coil overs all the way around.
Should be about a 2" drop over factory.
madwi and old guy like this.

Which Ram Air parts? RA3, RA4 or the rare RA5? I had the RA4 heads on my 78 TransAm. And a set of fully ported RA5 heads in the box.

I have the 6X heads. RA3 is the build I am going for . The others are too expensive, given the returns. This is not completely stock, but I am going for period correct parts.

Had a complete SD455 motor that I was going to drop in my TransAm. Decided to drop in a 465HP 454 LS7. Ran that for a few months before a tree fell on the car.

Oh Crap. Sorry to hear about the car. Do you still have the car and the 455?

Car was gone in 1984. The 455SD motor, and a Stage V hemi heads and other parts for a 426 hemi were sold in 1985. Wish I could have kept them.
