With these damn Japanese caving in to the New World Orders agenda of having computer controlled traceable, everything. Japan is feverishly working on this technology to aid in controlling every movement of everyone in the so-called free world. In the automotive world, we have the pioneer computer controlled cars. The CVT transmission. With all the reliable fuel efficient and fun to drive DCT & Auto transmissions in the world???? Why Japan's obsession with CVT? Because CVT is the ONLY transmission suitable for future electric cars and Japan wants you to get use to the annoying drone and soulless continuum of the CVT. They sell you FALSE improved mileage statistics. They speak on reliability that hasn't happened yet in a gas engine. Their story will be..." When we mate electric motors to cvt we can double the range and make a more reliable car". Then everyone will be driving a traceable rolling computer that can be shut down by remote. And yes I know the government has that power on some car models now. But not anywhere near as controlled as it will be with electric cars. You will be 1000% controlled. Support company models who offer manual, dct and auto instead of cvt. The Altima will be my last cvt. Ever!!

My wife's Honda had a TSB issued for some surging the CVT does on cruise control. They reprogrammed it and nothing changed. When I took the tech out for a test drive he said, "that's not right - you need to have to transmission reprogrammed." I told him I did and he responded, "oh well then that's perfectly normal."
It's pretty ridiculous that the car surges up and down a full 1000 RPM range while on cruise control.
