Local 2013+ Z w/ SRM help me?
Hi, I'm new to the forum and was looking to pickup a 2013+ 370z and would love to have a closer look, the local dealer doesn't have them in stock and I may just buy one from another state and have it shipped to me.
If your local (San Jose/Santa Clara) and have a 2013+ Z with sync rev match I'd love to take a look/ride in your car! Of course I can return the favor in my current car. Just shoot me a PM if your willing to help. Pics of my GT-R Last edited by boostftw; 02-25-2015 at 12:03 AM. |

thanks for the response guys! I was able to test one this morning. I guess I don't really care for the SRM so my options are now more open. I wanted the 2013+ because of the newer design and warranty.

I didn't like SRM at first either, it messed with my habits of stick shaking and manual rev matching. The first few months I drove with it off. Then I got my meisterschaft exhaust... Now it's always on and I downshift every gear! I love the gurgling and popping. It's really grown on me... Give it time, don't get a base, find a nice touring sport fully loaded.

One thing I think can be very beneficial is using SRM to learn how the car wants to be driven. Pay attention and it'll tell you what RPMs it likes in each gear at various speeds. Good for newb MT drivers and can even be helpful to experienced MT drivers that are out of practice a bit
