Test Pipe Installation...Help!

To all Seattle area Z owners, I currently am trying to install a set of Berk Test Pipes and the demon bolt has completely defeated me to this point. I have attempted all methods described on here and have searched extensively for the magic cure. Wondering if anyone has any other tricks that have worked, or have experience doing this installation who would be willing to assist. I have access to a friends garage in North Seattle with a full lift setup, or would be happy to meet anywhere near Bellevue/Eastside. I will happily reimburse you for your time and any gas expenses you may incur. I know at this point I should probably bite the bullet and take it to a shop, but it's almost a pride thing now.
