MD emissions test

Running test pipes, passed MD emissions test no problem. They did no visual or tailpipe test. Only the ODB test.

This is good to know because I'm looking to get my test pipes done.

I passed with Berk HFCs. I went to the Hagerstown VEIP station. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes.
