Ok so my temp plates expire on the 13th of this month....If i went on the 11th with my registration and title ect. to the DMV when would they give

How Long would it take?
Ok so my temp plates expire on the 13th of this month....If i went on the 11th with my registration and title ect. to the DMV when would they give me my plates. I got my car in delaware and they gave me two months of temp plates and thats gonna end. so if i went tmr to give in my stuff would they give me plates that day or would i need to wait?. Also when i register my car do i have to do emissions that day as well how does that work? First car i bought so yea...confused
