You can put some lube on the clutch pedal spring area. It will help but that noise is somewhat normal

I tried that though, not only that spring but every hinge that was visible. Is it possible that it's something else making the noise? It almost sounds like it is coming above the pedals, behind the dash under the wheel...

Sounds like the pedal to me. What kind of lube did you use? spray or grease? You could try to isolate the noise by getting under there and pushing the pedal with your hand while listening.

An automotive stethoscope can also help you pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

I know that it isn't something critical and that the car is probably fine it's just every time I shift I hear it...Which is a lot

Sounds like it might be the rubber O-Ring thingy element in the Master Cylinder rubbing the cylinder wall, or it could be the entire clutch assy might be loosened from the fire wall.
Need two people, one pressing the clutch and another outside watching the Master Cylinder to see if it's moving on the firewall.

I used a ton of wd-40 and tried to spray in on the hinge of the pedal. Idk if that solved the solution, or if it just kinda shut up. But it's not as loud as it used to be.

WD-40 will dry up over time so it'll only be a temporary fix. As others have recommended, I'd lube hinges and springs until the noise is gone.

Could you feel the creaking/squeaking in the pedal too? That's what drives me nuts!

I've narrowed it down to the helper spring. Take the helper spring off and it is silent. I've oiled it up several times but the creak is still there when I put the spring back in

You could try driving around without the spring to see if you like it. I personally don't like the dead pedal travel but my squeaking also isn't bad anymore

I agree, I don't like the pedal travel either. I never tried driving around with it..but I could just tell by using my hand I wouldn't like it. I was messing around with it today and it seems to be coming from somewhere around the firewall. When I take the helper spring off the noise seems to disappear though so it doesn't make sense . I've given up on it...looks like I will be making a trip to the stealership tomorrow if there is an opening
