Came out of dinner tonight and noticed that my floor mat on the passanger side was a bit wet. It had rained while I was eating and I traced the water to the right corner of the floor mat and ran ran down to the middle. I am sure this is a comon problem if not crap. Its an 09 370z touring, thanks for the tips and possible solutions.

actually sounds like the drain for the AC is blocked and leaking inside. Sounds like the exact same thing that happen to me in my G37.

+1
I had this happen on a Toyota that I used to drive.
Get under the car, find the drain line and run a straightened out coat hanger up the drain. WORD OF WARNING. Don't lay right under it with your mouth open like I did.
Nearly made me puke when the big ole' green chunk of crap came out of the line.

Here is the final result:

The drain at the bottom of the windshield runs a drain line through the firewall into the car and exits through the bottom. Apparently the grommet holding the line in place through the firewall became loose and was allowing water to leak onto the floor mat. Thanks for your help guys another problem solved.
