Post Rev Match Error after RJM Pedal Install

I have a 2017 Nismo and recently installed the RJM clutch pedal. At first there was no issue. But a few weeks later I would press the “S Mode” button and I would get an error message. I thought it was the top sensor on the clutch pedal assembly at first so I adjusted it. I disconnected and reconnected the battery as well and that seemed to have fixed it. Now every once in a while I’ll get the error message and I’ll have to disconnect and reconnect the battery to get it to work. The weird part is that sometimes S Mode will work while downshifting but won’t do a thing while upshifting. Could this be a problem with the sensor itself? I’m at a loss so any help is appreciated.

I'd contact Ryan at RJM, he's always been super helpful.

It's definitely the switch. Question is, is it the switch failing or do you have it adjusted right on the edge of where it needs to be? Pretty much every mechanical switch you'll ever come across has some level of hysteresis. You may need to adjust the switch just a bit more to make sure it properly makes and breaks the circuit every single time.
