Default Seep from timing cover

So I noticed awhile back that this was seeping I don't know if it was there when I bought the car or not( got it in December )

Would something like this be covered under warranty to be replaced or is it even something to be concerned about

Also I don't see anything from around any of the other seals on the timing cover just that one on the front of the driver side.

I'm at 77000 miles and just changed every fluid except the coolant, power steering and clutch fluid.

Should be worried about a seep like that or am I just paranoid, I do have a really good extended warranty.

I'm really curious as to what everyone thinks.

Default

Just clean it off with some de-greaser of your choice and see what happens.
