Maintenance After Storage
I have a 2012 370z Touring coming out of storage after 15 months.
Having it taken to an auto shop and want to get an idea of what kind of maintenance and any other items I should have done to it to ensure I am in good shape to put it back on the road. Appreciate any advice. TIA |

Thank you BettyZ!
I could swear there was a fluid that the dealership told me not to change out on this vehicle though. I just can't remember what it was. Has anyone else heard of this and/or recall what that may be? |

I haven't heard of that.

Nah, replace ALL of the fluids. You probably have moisture built up in there after sitting for so long.
Maybe don't replace the acid in the battery lol... |

I would replace/change motor oil, break fluid, power steering, trans oil, dump in some injector cleaner into the gas tank, take battery out and get it charged/tested to see if it still hold charge, and check the tires to see if they have flat spots. After that, would drive her on the road.

YzGyz sums it up pretty well.
I wouldn't bother testing the battery unless I had some reason to suspect it was bad (eg, slow cranking after a good charge). Same with changing transmission fluid if less than 20000 miles or so on it. YMMV As long as you are changing all fluids, might want to do the differential, too. Edit: The Owner's Manual will have a list of fluids that need to be changed periodically. FSM (link in sig) will have procedures if you want to DIY. The only one that is difficult for a shade-tree mechanic is the 7AT; if you have a concrete floor, a decent toolkit, and a few inexpensive tools (eg, IR thermometer, small hand pump), it's not too bad.
