Correct Motor Oil to use in my 370z?

VooDoo aside....the correct answer to most automobile oil questions is usually "Mobil 1". Automotive lubrication is probably the most overthought and pointlessly-argued subject on the internet.

Agreed. Any quality oil of the appropriate weight, changed on schedule and not subject to excessive heat, will be fine. Pick your preferred flavor, get an oil analysis, and if the numbers look right go on with your life.
