I'm assuming the cooler doesnt really add power on a simple dyno. So you made power (308) of the gen 3 and cbe?

I have the full cb GTHaus exhaust from Meisterschaft, Stillen Gen 3 intakes, UpRev tune, and Stillen 25 row oil cooler, (added since vid- Stillen sway bars, and Micheline PSS.) Some cosmetic stuff here and there but other wise thats it. The cooler doesn't add HP but when dynoing it back to back 3-5 times it helps keep the oil cooler, thus keeping the computer from fighting you and putting it into limp mode. The guys up in Austin discovered this over all the Z's they've done.

That seems almost a 20 HP increase from stock! (I was under the impression baseline dynos were about 285-287 RWHP)

Would you say 20HP is reasonable for Intake/CBE/Tune?

From all the research I've done baseline is usually est at 269 whp, all factors including how ur engine was built bc every engine is very slightly different, how good is the dyno calibrated, sea level, ambient air temp, fan or compressed blower( range from intakes) tuned, oil cooler installed, and so on and so on. I've heard base lines up to 275 but ya it's all just research and input from the forum members. Also I got AT so my loss is roughly 19% from fly to wheels. I'm making 308 whp, so about 39 whp gained (63 hp lost from fly to wheels prior). If i had to estimate I'm probably sitting at 367 hp at the crank 2+/-. Also if everything is power to weight ratio then my Roadster touring AT is roughly, 9.23 lbs / 1hp....(excluding driver) given lighter mods and results from latest dynojet. Again all estimates, but nothings for sure unless all cars were put on the same dyno, same altitude, same weather....etc... if u wana dig deeper; for my exhaust, oil cooler, UpRev tuner, and intake without install is about $102 per whp or $128 installed professionally per whp. If I could do it all again....who knows?

Another calculation I just found was instead of add percentage lost... Never mind. It came out to 379 fly hp vise 367 fly hp. I like this new calculation a lot better! Lol
