I seen a Jap new car intro where the lady was standing beside the car and used the fob to lower the top, is that posible?

Just have the fob with you... then press the small button on the front of the door handle and hold it in.

And if you press and hold the unlock button on your fob, the windows will open too, but you can't close the them with the fob.
