Need your opinion plz (2013 flooded)

Hello,

I found a bran new 2013 for sale. The only damage on the car that it was Flooded (Still don't know if it was fresh or sea water, don't know how high the water went in the car).

Should I buy it? If I ended up buying the car. What do I need to do to make sure everything is ok? And how much would it cost me?
