what does KBB and NADA say for your area, go off those numbers. Guesstimate how much mods are worth to you.

The cas is only worth what someone is willing to give, that said....
1. Evaluate, check over all condition, take it for a 30/45 min. drive. Take your time looking it over, don't be in a hurry.
2. Ask how long they've owned it. Don't want something that is a quick turnaround.
3. Ask to see all records.
4. If you can, BRING CASH!
5. Don't be afraid to LOW BALL them... They can only say no & you can go up from there
6. Walk away if you don't get the price you want! YOU ARE IN CONTROLL!!!!
There is always another car down the road
Good luck!

Edmunds and AutoTrader also provide car value estimates.

FWIW, re-sale value for mods is roughly 30 cents on the dollar. With that said, a highly modified car can indicate a well maintained car.

Your car, with double the average mileage per year is worth 17k private party, and 18k-20k from a dealer.

That is going by a book & not actually going over my car with a fine tooth comb.
Just saying; it's not for sale & with 5k in mods. Definitely not that cheap.
I do know that you don't get $$$ value back for mods/ but the overall condition of my ~Z~ is near mint!

Are the two existing owners registered user in this forum? If so, I would trace through the posts and get a feel for the usage type, owners' level of knowledge and maturity.

Just purely on the given info, I'll gladly trade those aftermarket parts for 25k less miles. I'm surprised neither one has oil cooler.

Dealer offered me $19k for my 10 Nismo with 32k on a trade in for a C7 and I clearly told him to go F*** himself. Nothing on my car is stock and it's tastefully done and spotless. I wouldn't even sell it bone stock for $19k and I told him to find me one for that price with my miles ANYWHERE and I'll sell you mines................" Insert Crickets"
