Default 2012 370 40th or 2013 370 NISMO

Hey guys, I am new to the forums but I always check this forums out to get some info in the cars. I personally dont own one but Ive been wanting one for the past year. I saved up enough to buy me one but now I can't decide which.

I am being offered a 2010 370 40th anniversary with only 15k miles and it has a stillen intake and a nismo exhaust. The car looks really good except for some horrible LED lighting done to the exterior which shouldnt be a problem. They want 28.5k OTD out of this and I told them that its way too much for a 2010. They dont have any kind of guarantee or anything

My second choice is a 2013 NISMO, black, it comes with factory guarantee and they offer some other kind of guarante. Car only has 655 miles and they want 34K OTD for this.

I really like the 40th for the interior but I think what they are asking is a bit too much. If I buy the 40th I have some room for upgrades and some mods however If I buy the nismo I might not be able to do upgrades for a year or so. I told them I was paying cash but that didnt help with negotiation.

Tell me what you guys think.

I'd say the Nismo. You know it's new and never been beaten on. The 40th would be nice, but it does sound a little high in price plus if it has mods, chances are the owner got on it a little bit. Not to say these cars can't handle it,but you get peace of mind.

That's an old urban legend. A dealership could care less if you bring a suit case full of money, they would rather you finance.

Buy whatever Z you could afford.

Nismo for sure.

Just for reference I recently paid $26k and change (taxes/fees included) for my 2012 base + Sports Package with back-up camera. Car had 10,800 miles on it.

I'd buy the Nismo. I've had mine for a year and I love it
