If the pedal got "weak" or "light", my guess is the CMC may be starting to fail. The CSC tends to fail suddenly, in which case the pedal falls to the floor with no pressure.
If it's difficult to put it into gear, then it may be a synchro issue. It looks like you have a 2009, so it's probably time for some clutch work if nothing has been done recently. I'd take to a shop or dealer that you trust and get their opinion, especially if you're not going to fix the problem yourself.

Yea like Kenchan and Jarblue said, I had the same issue a few weeks ago. Clutch became lighter with less pressure feedback and I lost all clutch fluid. Had to replace the csc. Good luck with it

The clutch pedal doesnt hit the floor, it just engages and disengages halfway down. The car only doesnt want to go into gear in the mornings after no usage for a day. How much was the clutch master cylinder issue go for?

cdc? Are you talking about the slave cylinder? And if so, are you certain? Did a mechanic tell you that? The part itself is cheap, around 100 bucks. You can buy the Zspeed heavy duty version for around 300 bucks. I would go that route so you don't have to worry about the stock unit failing again.... The only bad thing is there is a lot of work involved in replacing a slave cylinder. You have to remove the entire transmission to get to it. So expect to pay 500-700 bucks if a shop does it. Or just buy the part and do it yourself
