I want to make sure my local shop isn't screwing me on labor...

- Whiteline Diff Bushings <-- and new fluid of course

How much "should" i be looking at to install both at the same time?

$200-400 or so. It's not hard if they have the proper tools. If they don't, you'll know it when your diff chokes on it's own bearings

A reputable nissan dealership did my quaife for $628.46 with new oil, no shims and 2 crush washers, lock tight, rubber sealant, new exhaust gasket.
