Highlight a name and post a link??

I'm sure this will get moved but people will see it faster.

How do you guys post a one word comment, but make it clickable?

I want to highlight or color a word, but the word will be clickable, and when you click it, it will take you to a post in a thread.

Example: sjeheheueu. If this thread had 100 pages, clicking that blue word would take you to post number 59 for example.

Hyper link.

Its that little world with the chain link by the insert image.

Highlight a word, click that world chain icon and insert the url.
