Deeeeeeeeeep breath.
It's a 2032 battery. You can buy them ANYWHERE, Walmart is usually the cheapest by not the closest. If you buy a 2-3 pack, it's usually only $1 or so more (1 battery costs $5-6.) To pop the fob open, take out the key from the slot. And you can see a tab, and you'll see the 2 halves of the fob, just pull apart and you can use the tab for leverage.
