Different knee pads on 2013 touring?

The new 2013 touring seems to have the knee pads next to the shift that are all suede now over the old leather style one. Anyone else notice this? I

Default Different knee pads on 2013 touring?

The new 2013 touring seems to have the knee pads next to the shift that are all suede now over the old leather style one. Anyone else notice this? I like the suede a lot and my local Nissan dealer quoted me $80 for both sides.
