Default Different knee pads on 2013 touring?

The new 2013 touring seems to have the knee pads next to the shift that are all suede now over the old leather style one. Anyone else notice this? I like the suede a lot and my local Nissan dealer quoted me $80 for both sides.

Isn't the suede pads for the convert? It seems like some of you confuse old convert parts for new 13 parts? I think some higher quality parts from the convert made it into the coupe like the base rims but... I think suede knee bolsters is probably a convert part if i'm not mistaken?
