Help Identify this harness clip

Someone with better eyes than me help me locate a part number for this clip (pictured below) that retains multiple harnesses in the engine bay exmp. fan motor harness/MAF harness/multiple sensors. I have searched HIGH /Low for this part even reaching out to my local Nissan dealer directly but can only find universal clips that resemble it but do not have the rounded base as pictured. I am looking for the exact part number more for curiosity sake at this point lol. Thanks to any who have an idea. This is a part used on many of Nissans vehicles across their lineup. I cant fathom why its so difficult to source a Part# for it but so is life lol

If anyone in the future finds themselves as lost as I was. It has been found
Part#- 24225-C9901. Dealer wants $10 a pop for these and online is even worse
