A vandal recently broke of my side mirror and I am guessing that some of the ripped out wires have shorted out and now my heater is on flat out

HELP Dash Display
A vandal recently broke of my side mirror and I am guessing that some of the ripped out wires have shorted out and now my heater is on flat out hot and I have no central screen display, no radio, backing camera etc. I thought that it was likely just a fuse but no fuses in kick panel or under hood appear blown. Is there another fuse somewhere or does anyone have any ideas for a fix. Thanks in advance
