The Shockwave is a cat-back exhaust, so it will include the Y-pipe. You do not need to purchase the XYZ-Pipe in addition to the Shockwave. Emissions are not a concern

The Shockwave is a cat-back exhaust, so it will include the Y-pipe. You do not need to purchase the XYZ-Pipe in addition to the Shockwave.
Emissions are not a concern until you decide to remove the catalytic convertors and replace with a set of Test pipes (though you can run High Flow Catalytic Test Pipes $$$).
