In my experience F.I. is one of the most responsive companies to deal with.
Even for an issue as minor as a fuckin broken exhaust hanger, Kevin took care of me. Contacted him in the morning, made a new piece, shipped me by 2pm. It's hard to imagine they'd ignore someone actually willing to buy a $10K turbo kit.
