I actually got these from Japan when I first got my car in 2019. Nissan part # for the Nismo key case is KWA10-60L20. Sadly though, looks like the leather

Beautiful keys for a beautiful car
I actually got these from Japan when I first got my car in 2019.

The Nismo one also protects the buttons. There is actually flexible transparent plastic over the front button and Z logo area.
