Looking at FSM call for 38 ft.lbs on all nuts and bolts.
But I'm confused by following highlighted statement: INSTALLALLATION (this is how it's spelled in FSM  )Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal. *Perform final tightening of bolts and nuts at the vehicle installation position, under condition with all tires above level ground.
