Good evening, I was looking for a similar post with accurate torque specs and didn't find anything on the forum so here's what I made for my shop to save

Post 370Z General Torque Specs

Good evening,

I was looking for a similar post with accurate torque specs and didn't find anything on the forum so here's what I made for my shop to save time and trouble.





TORQUE SPECS FOR 370Z - G37 - Q50 3.7 PLATFORM

Lug Nuts - 80-90 ft-lbs

Differential/Trans
Trans/Diff Fill Plugs - 26 ft-lbs
Rear Diff Axles/Shafts - 59 ft-lbs w/loctite
Driveshaft - 55 ft-lbs w/loctite
Diff Front Mount Bolts - 74 ft-lbs
Diff Rear Cover Nut - 81 ft-lbs
Flywheel Bolts - 75 ft-lbs w/loctite in a x pattern
Pressure Plate - 12 then 32 ft-lbs w/loctite in a x pattern

Suspension
Upper Control Arm - 41 ft-lbs at all 3 locations
Strut Tower Bar - 38 ft-lbs
Sway Bar Ends - 62 ft-lbs
Sway Bar Brackets - 38 ft-lbs
Shock Top 3 Nuts - 22 ft-lbs
Shock Lower Bolt w/sway bar link - 120 ft-lbs
Subframe Nuts/Bolts - 89 ft-lbs

Engine
Crank pulley - 33 ft-lbs + 90°
Motor Mounts - upper nut 38ft-lbs lower nut 70 ft-lbs
Headers - 11 ft-lbs for studs, 22 ft-lbs for nuts

Same as OEM lug nuts and a little more to be safe 85 lb.ft. I use a removable threadlocker like Permatex Orange on the bolts that hold the spacer to the hub *Not your actual lug nuts *
