engine service soon on dash

I have a 2016 370Z with 38,000 miles on it. today I had an "engine service soon" display come up on the dash. I could find no reference in the manual to what it means. I would also like to know how to delete the message on the dash. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to plug an OBD2 tester into the port and check for codes. The codes will tell you what the issue(s) are and after you fix the issue(s), you can clear the codes with the tester.
