I need some input about selling my Z
Hey Guys hope all is well. I am contemplating on selling my Z as I am looking to purchase a home, sell a home and purchase a 4 door car. I wanted to know what are some things as a buyer that you would want to hear about the car or things that could help with the price. It's a 09 42k miles that was recently supercharged and maybe ive put 500-1000 miles since the supercharger was added.

I've had it since 09 and have played with it a lot. I want to move to a new platform.

OP, The last post above mine is solid advice. A s/c’d car appeals to a more limited buyer pool, but that pool will be more enthusiastic and potentially willing to pay a bit of a premium. Unload the blower separately and then anyone looking for a used sports car becomes a potential buyer. Regardless of how you go, detailed records of service history, parts used, installed professionally etc go a long way to make potential buyers feel comfortable. Good luck. |

You are probably looking at some of the lowest values right now since the new Z is coming out. I'd say hang on to it for a while if you want to avoid a bath.

good luck, I think a lot of the posts states it all...
if you can afford to keep it keep it. But I would remove the SC and sell separate... Also housing and used car market is crazy right now.....

Lol not mine, but it would be fun to line up with.
To the OP - Selling cars like these can cause regrets. If you really want a new platform to dive into, as others have said, you’d be better off to wait out the current 400z feeding frenzy. I’m a regular on the 6th Gen Camaro forums, and even guys over there are talking about the 400z. As with anything, this will pass.
