Even after yrs of Z ownership, I still like to checkout reviews:
- give me a sense of where the Z ranks when compared to its rivals
- provides a different perspective of my fav car

and I always appreciate seeing the Z get some u tube time.

It's pretty much the same car since 2009.
Unfortunately nissan is too broke to have made any improvements over the yrs. Or any changes.

yes, it's pretty much about the same car since 2009.

the difference is they remove the steering-lock since the 2nd half production of 2011.

the change the clutch to Exedy couple years ago.

the most important is the fun factor is still the same since day 1 because of this no-change/update

to be honest, beside the exterior/interior appearance is old, my 9 years old Z still draws quite a bit of attention on the street.

Update...? what kind of update do we want? electronic steering? custom exhaust note from the speakers? more electronic driving aids? FI (tbh I like NA engine)?

true it's an old car, but it's still fun to drive with a positive style.

I’m one of those people who is always looking for the ‘perfect’ car. I always seem to catch myself watching reviews of the latest and greatest - even to the point of looking up cars on Autotrader and Cars.com to see what payments and what not would look like. The funny thing is - I know that after 6mo - I’ll be thinking back on my Z I traded in (heck I still think about the G35 coupe I had and that was over 12yrs ago).
So when I see reviews like this - I enjoy watching them, bc typically seeing a reviewer recognize all the positives reinforces what I enjoy about my Z. The analog feel to it, the recaros and the shifting of the gears on the car. To see current reviewers still talk about how much fun it is and what it offers in driving experience.

While its not the fastest - it is a pleasure to drive and I think I forget that sometimes bc of all the hype of newer vehicles as well as having a vehicle that is an old platform. So I do enjoy watching these reviews - bc it makes me remember all the fun things that I enjoy about my car as well as remind me that there is no such thing as a ‘perfect’ car. Anyway - my .02

Definitely should of updated the interior. This what they should of done over the yrs. And more of a power bump. At least 350+ and 370+ for the nismo
