What clutch? Correct me if I'm wrong but the 370Z 7AT does not have a clutch. It is a torque converter transmission or as it is sometimes referred to as a "slushbox". But it is an extremely good one that has very tight shifts almost mimicking a clutch-type auto.
Soooo, I don't think you harmed anything if it's driving fine. I also think the electronic controls within the tranny would have probably prevented any harmful shifts.
