Why retail on 2016 NISMO so low?

It's pretty simple when you think about why the resale value for a Z is terrible. Look at the market and see who the competitors are. Mustangs..Camaros..etc
Everything is going towards more tech, lighter weight, more power, turbos/hybrids all for a similar or sometimes smaller price tag...the Z is none of that...but that's why we love them so much! For the pure rawness of the vehicle. It's an enthusiast car AKA only a small majority understand the value behind the Z. This is just my opinion or at least how I make sense of it.
