The other issue is the tips will be lower as well. I have a 17' Nismo and bought a regular amuse used and the tips look horrible. Too low and sunk in. The exhaust is sold to someone with an amuse rear so they will look great. You will want 4.75 or 5 inch tips.
Also I've read G37 axle backs will work and extend out close to the 2 inches needed to be flush. You can see on my white Z the tip are too short The red Z has the amusefor the Nismo I have on its way to me. Other option is Nismo version AAM short tails
