Default Rattle only at highway speeds

I've done numerous searches on this and couldn't find anything. This doesn't happen when I hit bumps. Only at highway speed going 50+.

It's a constant rattle coming from the rear right quarter panel area. Checked the spare tire and tools, popped off the rear hatch plastic and looked for loose cables, and tapped on things to see if I could find it.

It sounds like a wire tapping against metal but everything seems to be solid.

Has anyone else had this type of rattle that is constant and only at highway speed? My commute is 80% highway so this is driving me mad.
