steering feels lose..

hello guys, steering feels lose after new rims and tires even after alignment? also it over steers to one side when i hit a pot hole or bump? what to

Default steering feels lose..

hello guys,

steering feels lose after new rims and tires even after alignment?

also it over steers to one side when i hit a pot hole or bump?

what to do?

i do not off the hub ring for the new rims is that the issue?

Just jumped on page for a bit; post a printout pic of alignment & check for proper tire pressures....A higher tire pressure can make steering feel looser or a narrower/easier rolling front tire could cause it.
post printout for best support.

bumpsteer is most likely because a component not properly set in the rear...aslo when you get your printout-list if car has been lowered,springs,coilover's,etc..

wat are the wheel/tire specs? too much width, stupid low offsets, stupid wide tires can do dat.

also new tires if different brand/model will feel different and will require some break-in.

is it for your winter tires? also, what's the tire pressure?

The rim specs are 19x9.5 front 19x10.5 tire specs are 275/40/19 240/30/19

check your tire pressure...

btw, since OP you are living in toronto, and it's Jan right now which means the temperature is like -5c to +5.0c...

do you mean you just have a new summer set installed? in Jan?

also, a close up pic of your wheel with fender will be nice.
