ECU adjustment for HFC

So I got the dreaded 0430 code. I had it erased and was wondering if you disconnected the battery for 30 mins would it adjust the computer so no code

I had it erased and was wondering if you disconnected the battery for 30 mins would it adjust the computer so no code would pop up?
