Default nismo bumper cover

On my 2010 nismo ,I need to reposition the very bottom bumper cover (black plastic) due to some scraping. Are those bolts that hold it in place ,or clips, and how do I take them out?
I figure I will losin them them press the cover back in place.
I didn't damage anything badly just very little gaps there. Im picky and want it to be perfect. Thanks brothas!

its a combination of clips and bolts. i believe there are 12 or 14 bolts (going off my fuzzy memory, could be a few more or less) and a hand full of clips. all you'll need is a socket wrench and a skinny flat head screwdriver for the clips and you should be good to go. its not very hard to do, im sure you could figure it out. just putting it out there, its kind of a time consuming task taking all those bolts off. i believe there is actually a guide on how to do this on here somewhere if your looking for more specific help.

Thanks, I will be working on that this weekend as well as finishing the dip job on my wheels ( 1 more to go) Im not looking to remove the whole cover just the part that is a little separated, unless it turns out I need to take it off
