Default emergency brake light when stepping on gas

So I've been noticing something pretty weird lately, I have a 2014 370z automatic and recently whenever i step on the gas and am going pretty fast I notice my emergency brake light will light up till I slow down.

Pretty sure it never did this before, any ideas what it could be?

Low brake fluid. Check it. It must be at the full line.

This also means you need to check your brake pads. I've seen that the first time it goes off on new pads is about half life. Then again near zero life.
